By accessing our platform or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Company Overview

Homeland Walls Ltd is a real estate development and project facilitation company that enables Nigerians living abroad to safely invest in or construct residential and commercial properties in Nigeria. Our services include property planning, design, construction, payment management, and post-project support — all through a secure, online-managed platform.

2. Eligibility

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction

• Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration and project onboarding

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Service Engagement & Agreements

Initiating a project with Homeland Walls requires the execution of a formal Service Agreement. This contract outlines:

• Scope of work (property type, design, and features)

• Payment structure (milestones or monthly installments)

• Construction timeline and deliverables

• Client and company responsibilities

• Force majeure, delay clauses, and refund conditions

No construction or financial commitment begins until both parties have signed the Service Agreement.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access personalized dashboards, track project milestones, or make payments. As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity

• Use your account solely for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or abuse.

5. Payments and Installments

Clients may select from flexible payment options tailored to their project size and timeline. Full financial breakdowns will be disclosed during onboarding and detailed in your Service Agreement.

Refunds are subject to the terms of your signed Service Agreement. Costs incurred for completed work, approved materials, and labor are typically non-refundable.

6. Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:

• Weather-related disruptions

• Regulatory approvals or inspections

• Material shortages or supply chain issues

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

In such cases, updated timelines will be communicated. Homeland Walls is not liable for delays outside our direct control.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate documentation

• Make timely payments according to your plan

• Cooperate during project planning and design approvals

• Avoid misuse of our platform or any form of abusive communication

Failure to meet responsibilities may result in project delays or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Homeland Walls website — including logos, visuals, building plans, documents, and software — is protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written authorization.

9. Third-Party Vendors

We partner with vetted third-party contractors (e.g., builders, architects, payment processors). While we ensure professionalism through due diligence, Homeland Walls is not liable for issues arising solely from their actions, unless explicitly covered in your Service Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeland Walls Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, business opportunity, or goodwill

• Delays or issues caused by third parties

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Legal or regulatory challenges specific to a project location

Our total liability in connection with your project will not exceed the amount paid by you under your active Service Agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Homeland Walls Ltd — and its employees, contractors, and directors — harmless against any legal claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of our platform or services

• Breach of these Terms or your Service Agreement

• Misrepresentation of information or documentation

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services if you:

• Breach any part of these Terms or your Service Agreement

• Fail to meet payment obligations

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful behavior

Termination does not release you from financial obligations already accrued.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement:

1. We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication.

2. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.

3. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and legal action shall be filed in a competent court within Lagos State.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any associated disputes are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any conflict of laws or jurisdictional ambiguity shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian legal principles.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
